This project involved erecting acoustic fencing (supplied by Jacksons Fencing) beside a busy main road to help reduce the noise level in the client’s garden.
Acoustic fence boards are extra thick (34mm) and slot into each other which helps eliminate gaps for sound to pass through. The Jacksons specially designed ‘tuning fork’ posts allow the acoustic boards to be laid in a continuous wall the length of the fence:
